A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"I was in a bind trying to find proper catering for my wedding. I happened to be getting lunch from their food truck and just happened to ask if they'd be willing to cater. They nailed the assignment 100%. They gave us access to choose any 3 entrees, 1 salad, and tons of garlic bread. We were even invited to come taste test their menu, but my wife and I are regulars, so that was hardly necessary. The price was also extremely affordable. When folks came forward with dietary restrictions and allergies, the crew was quick to adapt. They're great, not just as a food truck, but also as a mobile catering crew. My only hope is that I made new customers out of my friends and family who had never tried them before."
"i got the inferno pasta and the total was under $17 and it took about ten minutes. This was genuinely one of the best pastas i ever had. I feel reborn after eating this. It was so good i had to save it for later just so i can taste it again. It’s spicy, but not too spicy, smokey and very creamy. I would definitely recommend this plate and i will be coming back"
"OBSESSED!! Went to Pastamania on my lunch break today. I ordered the Jambalaya that comes with bread and a cup of chili. I actually ordered extra bread because I love me some bread and ate my extra order on my drive back to work. This bread, this crispy, soft, moist, flavorful bread was so good it had me going back to the foil it was wrapped in and making sure I didn't miss any crumbs. I could feel an addiction forming. The bread was crispy on the edges, soft on the innards, and has a crispy cheese baked on top. The bread had so much flavor!! Once I got back to work I opened the chili, very well packaged and piping hot!! I was very impressed with the fresh ingredients on top with the melted cheese. The chili is perfection, a classic feel good chili, or at least in my opinion, it was perfect. The meat was tender and flavorful, the peppers, onions, beans, everything was cooked perfectly. Onto the jambalaya, I don't know how they cook their sausage but HOLY WOW it is amazing. The flavor, the texture, everything. The chicken, even though a bit dry, was packed with flavor and because of the sauce still very good. The noodles and peppers were the perfect consistency and every ingredient compliments the next, all so well prepared and cooked. The man who took my order was very kind, very personable, and brought my food to my car since it was so cold out! Even the portion sizes are great, this one meal will probably feed me at least twice."
"Great food! Not as good as grandma's homemade alfredo but it is the best I've found in the area. I had the shrimp and seafood alfredo and it was better than most restaurants. The one flaw was the octopus was alittle over done, but for coming our of a truck this was great. I also brought some home to my family and after a 15min drive it was still warm and tasted great."
"Went to the food truck today and ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich with no mushrooms and extra mayo/banana peppers. Came as ordered and was tasty but VERY greasy. I thought maybe it was the extra mayo but the of container is covered in grease"
"Great food, great staff, and even better food truck. The three meat pasta was my first choice and it's so good I haven't been able to order anything else. Garlic bread is amazing as well. Totally recommend this food truck."
"First time trying this food truck and was impressed. Reccomend the inferno pasta. I had it with the chicken and it had a touch of heat but not arc of the covenant face melt. Portion size was huge; pictures don't do the serving size justice. Four stars as expect to spend 15 per person. Will go again."
"Omg!! Where has this place been my whole life?! The beef and bacon lasagna is fire!! Can't wait to come back and try something different! It's probably the Mexican Pasta cause it sounds amazing!"
